As the AVP of Sales, Diana brings over 18 years of experience in the industry. Since joining the organization in 2003, Diana has worked in almost every department, refining her skills and gaining valuable insights into the workings of the company. Starting in the mailroom, Diana proved her determination and progressed through the ranks, taking on roles such as Phone Queue Representative, Account Supervisor, Assistant Operation Manager, to AVP of Sales. Diana has a deep understanding of the company’s products, services, and customers. This knowledge has helped Diana to identify new opportunities, improve the customer experience, and build strong, lasting relationships with our customers. In her free time, Diana enjoys biking, traveling, and spending time with her family.
