Tara’s primary responsibility lies in ensuring a positive employee and customer experience by focusing on aspects such as internal culture, employee management, operational efficiencies, and brand recognition. Tara’s professional career began as a teller at a local bank after graduating from San Francisco State University. Over the course of twelve years, Tara’s rapid career growth and a formal management training program allowed her to gain expertise in various areas of banking, including accounting, lending, operations, sales, and deposit growth. She went on to manage an entire branch network comprising of 30 employees and 100 million in deposit growth, while also overseeing rate adjustments, vendor management, procedure updates, board reporting, and overall branch staffing. Tara enjoys delving into details and creating solutions that benefit everyone. Outside of work, she spends time wine tasting, hiking, or playing sports with her husband and two young children.
